Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
* Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* Be in the original packaging
* Have all tags intact
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Purchasing duplicate items
Items no longer needed
Sale or discounted items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Swimwear, innerwear, and personal items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns if the item is defective or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order* with clear photos for verification.
Once approved, customers are required to return the item at their own cost.
As a gesture of compensation, we will include a small gift when sending out the replacement or refund arrangement.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
We do not offer refunds for non-defective items, including delays caused by courier services or public holidays.
Delivery delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the customer’s provided bank account within a few working days.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
